]]> Here’s a sketch to add to the 100 pieces list. (Don’t know what that is? Click Here) This “category” was: #82: Can you hear me? At first I thought of the stupid Verizon commercial.. (I think it was verizon) of the guy going “Can you hear me now?…Good.”. But that seemed a little too easy. So after browsing some poses and images on the interwebs, I started brainstorming someone holding a megaphone, but didn’t really like the idea… I felt like I needed a speaker AND a listener to make the concept a bit stronger… I drew the microphone first… then the rest came easily. Enjoy!

]]> Hey all… A while ago, I discovered this “game” on deviantART and I thought it was a rather genius idea. The object is to come up with 100 pieces that each have a different theme listed below. It’s a great exercise to draw something different, as well as a great way to overcome “artist block”. My 1st entry, #48 “Childhood” is sketched out below. To all my artist friends, If you’re interested in trying it for yourself check out the rules underneath my sketch and let me know, because I’d love to follow along!! As I complete pieces, I’ll throw them in my sketches section so you can see me eventually fill up the list.  Maybe some of them will end up as finished works… So without further adieu, I present: #48 Childhood.

#48 Childhood

THE RULES

1.) Make 100 pics each pic having a theme listed below. Each pic should have ONE and only ONE theme to it, for it to count.

2.) No time limit so have fun

3.) The main picture should be drawn but not limited to. for all fair purposes, people are allowed to use their paint programs and photo shop to create the pic.

3a.) pics should be of own artistic ability. Your pics can be anything from sketches and doodles to great master pieces. Just have fun with it.

4.) The list below is to be placed somewhere in your journal for others to see that……
A.)You are in the challenge
B.)What you have completed

5.) make sure to update this list and check off what is done and make a link to the pic

6) I go to www.random.org and get a random number 1-100 to pick a subject at random – Mynt
